These courses are designed for the general public. Folks working in industry jobs that may need theses skills, child, or elder care facilities, boating or any place required by OSHA or other agencies. These programs are also great for parents or those just wanting the information.
The Red Cross provides a 2-year certification cards to those completing the course review and skills.
The 3-hour CPR course covers choking procedures, CPR and use of an Automated Defibrillator (AED) for adults, child, or infant victims.
During the 3-hour First Aid Program, participants are trained to recognize and treat medical emergencies such as Heart Attack, Stroke, Seizures, and Fainting as well as Traumatic Injuries like Fractures, and Accidents.
